How long will it take to get my t-shirts?
The turnaround time for a typical project is two weeks from the date that the artwork is approved and deposit is received. Depending on the season and the current production schedule, expedited production may be available. Please note that this will not always be available and additional fees may apply.
Is there a minimum number of products for my project?
The minimum for screen printing is 12 products. The minimum for embroidery is one product.
Why aren't there prices on the product page?
Your products are fully customized and offer a number of different options and add-ons. You also have the option to work with one of our experienced designers to help create your custom product. Because you can choose different products, different brands, different quantities and a range of complexities in your design, CPC Screen Printing can only provide a price once your project is conceptualized. When you "Get a Quote", you begin the development process and once your design is developed, CPC Screen Printing will provide your project's price.
Can i provide my own art or design?
Yes, you can provide your own art. Acceptable file formats at .ai, .eps and vector-based PDFs. We will also accept JPG, PNG, TIFF and other PDF files but a design charge may apply. You can always call us with your questions! Don't have your own art? No problem! One of our designers can help you with the entire process!
What's the difference between screen printing and embroidery?
Screen printing is a printing technique that involves ink being transferred onto the product. Each color has its own "screen" and is applied one at a time. This is a great option for inexpensive but vibrant products.
Embroidery is a technique where thread is stitched on a product. The customer can chose to have several different thread colors built into the embroidery design. While typically more expensive than screen printing, this option is great for a sophisticated look that really stands out!
